You are my last hope
I've bought all-in-one Wi-FI Canon MX410 printer. I'm using Linux Ubuntu 11.10. I was able to download printer and scanner drivers from Canon site and successfuly install both drivers.
I could use printer .. i.e. it works fine wirelessly.
The problem is with scanner. My scanner driver is Linux IJ Scanner Driver (1.70). The problem is when I try to scan document and direct it to PC it failed to find it.
I also tried to use SANE but it failed to find scanner driver.
Canon officially does not support Linux hence they refused to help me.
Please help me someone if you have expertise in this area ... actually scan function is quite important for my business.
