CANON MP760 color ink won't print

My MP760 has ceased printing any color. I called Canon tech support and followed instruction to replace all ink carts with Canon inks (at exorbitant cost), remove print head, take it out and then put it back in, then turn off and then turn on the printerNo solution...still won't print color. Any suggestions??

HI to ALL.
I have a similar problem with my CANON SMARTBASE MP390. The sheets come out completely blank. NO jam. NO error code. The printer does not know that it is not printing at all. Both ink cartridges are full. The cartridges are NOT genuine CANON. Anybody could have a clue about this problem ??? Thanks in advance for any help.
