I have been having an intermittent problem when scanning, actually the scanning process has always been a hit and miss exercise; lately it has gotten worse.
It starts to scan then occasionally it will hang partway during the process. I'm running OSX Snow Leopard and have installed the latest drivers several times, but to no avail. All the other functions work well.
Any help would be appreciated.
