As I had grabbed my old MX850 out of the corner after 2years and wanted to just use the scanner for a special scan job...
damn... couldn't find my printerhead...
therefore no scanning... searched... ended here... ok I'll give up!!!
BTW: I fiddled around with this good printer (I mean, good as long no errors like B200, U52... are there).
But please believe me, I tried so many things with pressing printer solution through it made it unbelievable clean and never was there any relationship with the cleaning, fiddling and its error or bad behavior. Never tried a new printer head.
But I found a very good solution: HP
