My searches suggest that several Indonesian buy and sell marketplaces list software to reset the ink pad counter.

I have used the WIC waste ink pad counter reset tool for Epson from both Chipless printer and WIC reset links. Worked well for me using paypal to make payment. Have not used them for a Canon as yet.
