Canon Pixma ip8700 black ink spots on back of prints

Hi, ive had my printer repaired once but this is happening again, every time I print on card or paper black ink dots appear on the back in the top left, I've tried roller cleaning and deep cleaning ive also tried to manual clean but they still appear! can anyone help? I can upload a photo of the dots too
