Hi folks. I'm new here and need some simple (?) advice. After clearing a paper jam, I found that part number T2R-1 had worked loose and was obstructing the movement of the printhead carriage. The printer now works perfectly without it, (including double-sided printing) but I would presume that it's better off with it in place. It's 3.2 X 2 cm of 1mm thin white nylon with a 5mm wide roller mounted on a spring metal axle at one end and a flexible 2mm wide nylon tab at the other. Does anyone here have any idea where it should go?
