I need to learn from your experiences in Canon Pixma Pro 100. I bought it open box never used, but i notice ink's impact in the printer. I got the (Yellow), or Orange blinking and flashing (12 times), and the White light blinking 12 times as well. The ink holder doesn't move when I shut the printer off and start it again. I got that code in the system 6A00, the massage I got in the laptop is:
( Support Code : 6A00 A printer error has occurred. Turn the printer off and then on again. If this doesn't clear the error, the printer needs repair. Contact the service center)
I've contacted the Canon Factory, and we went through the steps together then lastly he told me it's needs a repair. I'm just trying to fix it by my self.
