Can't print from internet

Hi, all of a sudden my colleagues printer will not print any web pages. We need to print a form off of a site, but just will not do it. It says it can't find a printer but will print off a normal document,ie.word!! Can anyone help please?

I don't know what's happening there, i suppose one way around it could be just to take a screen shot of the form and paste it into word or photoshop to print, but its not really solving the issue. I'll have a dig and see what else i can find out.

Using a PDF/XPS printer might be a workaround.
Apart from this if you can not even see the printer list it could a config on the app as normally app will read the OS printer listing.
