Bought an A3 UV Flat Bed Printer from China, never really got the thing working,
Problem 1) the Platform if raised higher then 3mm from Printhead jumps off the 4 Threaded Rods and then the machine has to be pulled apart, chain removed and manually wind each rod back into position and so on ...
FIXED, I screwed 6mm MDF onto the Platform so this can never happen again!
Problem 2) One of the Bearings on the Threaded Rod broke stopping the Platform from moving.
FIXED, Part of the Printer needed to be cut by a Welder to remove the old Bearing then the new one added and Welded back in place.
Problem 3) The PrintHead Carriage needed replacing.
REPLACED but now a Senser stopping the PrintHead from going too far isn't working so either its been disconnected or needs to be replaced.
So thats where I am up to at the moment, I'm not technical minded so would prefer someone around the Brisbane area to call around and get the sensor Working/Replaced. Cash Payment
