CLP-365w Will not swtch off.

My CLP-365w will not switch off normally. The only way is to unplug the printer. I have replaced the 4 toner cartridges and removed and cleaned the drum unit. (both several times). Now, I have the toner cartridges and the drum unit removed from the printer but it still will not switch off. The Eco, WPS and red cancel button are all flashing. I have tried several suggestions to dissipate the power but none have worked. Any help/advice is much appreciated.
