Samsung CLP 680 ND Thick horizontal black lines

Hi folks, I have horizontal black lines on every sheet I print out. Online advice is to clean transfer belt for the printer but I cant find any videos or instructions how to remove the transfer belt and clean for the Samsung CLP680ND. Any help appreciated as kids have exams so its urgent. Huge Thanks
