CM 4500 Address Book Woes

Curious if others have run into this. We have a newly installed C4500. I was able to import address book info via the NX Manager app using a CSV file. The users all appear in the FREQ portion of the address book, but none of them display in the tabbed alphabetical portion. I used the same procedure to import into 4 new IM9000s and they all work properly. Any ideas?
