Currently trying to set this model printer up with Papercut. Software has been installed successfully but having an issue trying to enable the hardwired card reader. Anyone else experienced this? According to Ricoh and Papercut, we should be able to select the card reader from screen features and then proximity card reader but there is no option for the card reader attached to the smart operation panel, so we just see an alert showing card reader isn't registered. Ricoh engineer has been out but say they can't help and professional services are required. Can anyone shed any light on this?
