5 cleans as in from the driver software? If that's as far as you've gone, you may need to physically soak and wipe the printhead down with 80/20 Isopropyl alcohol and Regular Windex with ammonia. We created a video showing how it's done with paper towels or lint free terry cloth towel if you have it.
Instead of flushing fluid through onto the paper towel, put the cleaning solution onto the paper towel and have it rest under the printhead. Then grab the left and right side of the paper towel while it's under the printhead and gently glide it left and right like you're shining a shoe. It should remove and build up from non-use.
