DCP-J525W Scanner problem - windows 10 - cannot connect scanner to PC

The printer prints fine but cannot connect (wifi) to upload a scanned image. When I use tthe Scan app in windows it shows six of "Brother DCP-J525W LAN scanners! No wonder the poor thing is coonfused. I cannot delete them. I have tried reloading drivers but no change. I used to use Controlcentre4 which worked fine but now this has diosappeared. Any help would be much appreciated!

Sorted now. Use the scan app and ignore the "Brother DCP-J525W LAN"s. Toggle the printer device to find the scanner and voila. Simple but it took me hours to discover - hope this saves others!
