I've got a strange issue... There's a guy in our local office that has a HP Designjet 130 and anytime he tries to print an 11x17 document (spreadsheet, AutoCAD drawing, anything) it resizes it down to fit onto a 8x11. Now, I can understand if it was cutting it off, like we'd only get the upper righthand portion, but the printer itself resizing the document kinda throws me for a loop. I've searched and searched the interwebs and the only soluting that came close to my problem was a different model printer doing the same exact thing because it was trying to save the last drops of ink. I looked in the menu and yup, low ink. Volia! Problem solved!
Nope. Still does the same exact thing, even after being shut down and brought back up. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'd really like not to have to buy a whole new printer. Thanks!
