I just picked up a free HP DesignJet 1055CM because the State was dumping it for functional issues, Up getting it it showed the Cyan printhead needing replacement, and along with that. I tried powering it up and it was printing every color but cyan, so i removed the head an inspected it, i noticed lots of ink build up on the head, I cleaned it and reinstalled it.
Now its just dumping Cyan ink EVERYWHERE and it's not from the printhead, from my experience this is caused by the ink feed system breaking in the carriage? Anyone have input on this, I'd love to use this Printer if I can figure it out!
