Epsom WF-7710 No print

Just picked up one of these from seemingly genuine person but nothing prints, not a dot of any colour.

Print head moves as if it is printing, paper loads, no errors showing.

New set of cartridges, nozzle check returns blank pages

Any ideas?

Sounds like a clogged print head or something blocking the ink flow. Try doing a deep clean from the printer’s maintenance menu. If that doesn’t work, you might need to manually clean the print head with some rubbing alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Also, double-check that the cartridges are properly installed and the protective tape was removed!
