So a friend needed old prints scanned for a Halloween party and her printer had dried up.
"No bother give me the prints, I'll scan and print them."........
I foolishly said
10 x A4 prints - all show the same problem - a 1cm band with red missing at the start of the print and a similar band with extra red at the end of the print
I can usually sort most things out, but stuck with the cause of this one!
Windows 10 32Gb RAM m/c. Printer connected by USB
M/c & printer have been re-booted
