Epson 3000 "Paper Feed Error or Eject Error" (not "Skew" error)

I regularly print( front feed) 11x17 Epson hot press bright on our R3000 printer. Very rarely I get a misfeed with a paper skew warning with an illustration. Now I cannot feed this same paper at all and the error that comes up every time says “paper feed error or eject error” with no illustration as in the skew error. What is a remedy?
And I can still front feed MoabEntrada 300 16x19 with no problem

Ensure that the 11x17 Epson hot press bright paper is properly aligned in the front feed tray. Make sure it's not skewed and is within the printer's recommended specifications for paper size and weight.
