Epson 760 not printing on photo paper

Neither will it print from my iphone app - the photo paper comes out blank. Can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong please? Also which way up (glossy or matt), and in which tray, should the photo paper be inserted?

Yes I did. However I have managed to sort my problem - more or less. I had been putting the photo paper in at the back. When I put it in the front paper tray it printed. So my question is what sort of paper goes in the back?
Also how do I adjust the colour density?
Forgive me if the questions are naive but in my defence I am an old fogey!

Loading paper: Pages 41 through 48

Copying using Scanner & Printer: Page 97 onward

Scanning to Computer (Save to PC): Page 100

Printing from Computer: Pages 71 or 73 depending on your Operating System

Open your printer driver to adjust color density on photos

This is a sophisticated printer and you will have to study the manual.
You have an excellent printer and only you can conquer it for yourself.

Thank you, Ruffin, for your help and advice. I di have a quick read of the user manual (already downloaded) but couldn't see where photo paper goes. I will read it with a bit more concentration though. I'm grateful to you. Thanks again.

You must select which tray photo paper is loaded (Click "Paper Source")
You may have to experiment a bit.

A tip, when putting the paper in if you look on the tray there is a symbol that shows you which way up to put the paper in. From memory it's face down.
