Epson ET-2550 scan issue

Hey folks! Really hoping someone can help me out here with a scan issue on the Epson ET-2550. I recently updated to Windows 11 and ever since, am having issues. I adjusted the setting from 'local' to 'network' which seems to have located my printer (despite it being connected via USB cable) but one of the strangest things is that logos are invisible (see below). When I fire up my Epson scan software, the options to preview/scan are invisible compared to how it used to be (see below). Kindest regards, Nikki
