I have got a Epson et2860 wifi smart tank printer for working at home.
I followed the set up precisely, but when it came to printing the test page it kept flashing there is no paper. paper is in place, tried 1 piece, 5 piece, 10 piece. Che ked the blue guides are correct and still keeps flashing and won't print. I downloaded the Epson smart panel App, and all it keeps saying is error, but won't inform me of what. I have tried to reconnect to the WiFi, but says it is connected.
I got this to save time as highly recommended, but it is frustrating and ended up doing a 90 mile round trip to the office to print off 1 page which I needed urgently.
Can anybody advise me on what to do please.
