Epson ET-7750 faint lines on plain paper, but not photo paper

This is a weird one. I'm getting faint horizontal lines on plain paper, but photos printed on photo paper are perfect. I've ran all the cleaners checkers to where everything is aligned, so I don't know WTH is going on. I print a photo every week so nothing is dried out.
