Epson ET-7750 Issues

Hello everyone, I have had the Epson ET-7750 since new, and its a great A3 printer, the issue I am facing is upon pringing images and graphics there are lines throughout the print, I have done all the recommended test settings like print head cleaning, change maintenance box etc and still I have issues, Im wandering if there was a way I could attempt to clean the heads or whatever it is on my own ? Additionally and I know the might sound strange but is there a way to lubricate the printer, it sounds like its dry.

Any help would be most appreciated, as we do a lot of FREE printing for the local church, so id hate to not be able to help them out.
