Epson Nx330 paper problem.

For years my Epson NX330 has happily been printing on 69lb 10.5 mil glossy paper. Suddenly, the paper will not feed into the printer. It just does a little up and down jig and doesn't enter. BUT...the printer STILL prints on thinner glossy paper (and regular paper) with no problems. If there is a blockage the other papers shouldn't go through. Any suggestions on what to look for?
