Epson p700 ink density

Hi. I recently bought a p700 and I can't seem to find the ink management settings. It's my understanding that this printer allows the user to change the density of the ink during print. I am printing digital negatives on transparency and would like a denser image. I use a newer iMac, Ventura OS, and I'm trying to print from Photoshop.

A second question, I've always been able to go into advanced printer settings with previous printers and enable or disable the printer's color management. But I can't seem to find that setting either.
