Hi, I need help! I am trying to print on Washi (Awagami) paper. I tried to run it through the back feeder, no go! It keeps on telling me to go through the front.
This paper is thin, not thick. I tried to run it through the front and it got eaten up! I cannot get it to feed from the top with the fine art setting.
Crazy enough when I ran a head check and line cleaning it had no problem taking the paper from the top! Help, I dont want to feed through the front, it prints and feeds fine through the top. Is there away to overide the setting for it to accept the feed and not continuously tell me to change.
