A sudden fault has occurred, giving every print a magenta cast. This is what I've done so far:
Turned the printer off for an hour.
Checked the nozzle print test -ALL OK good clear patterns on all nozzles
Printed a ink purge test sheet - All inks are clear and strong (not GO, I can't see that)
Printed a random image from a different computer (so different image, different driver, different edit software) - same fault
Put in a set of individual carts (normally I have a CISS installed) - same fault, although slightly different due to other inkset
It looks like the fault is IN the printer.
I have tried a soft reset from SSC service utility.
I have tried to use the Epson service suite but although some of the functions work (paper feed, nozzle check) most return "communication error"
Any ideas? I have tried everything I can think of!
