Epson R3000 errors out..

Epson R 3000 Errors out as son it turns on.. "Turn off Printer and Turn back again" bs.. dead in the water, can't print
I installed a new head, still the same message.. I reset the waste ink pad, still the same thing. Now I am wondering if
I should replace the mother board... or is something else I can do to get this printer running again??
