epson r3000 front controle panel not up to snuff

I have a problem with the front LED control board on my R3000.. after powering on gives me the ink level screen ok but the navigation buttons are none responding, not even the OK button. at times ask me if I want the paper cut Yes or No only the power button works.. Need help on this one..
