Before I consider buying an new printer I thought I'd give this forum a chance to solve my current problem.
Installing one of Windows 10's major updates broke the link with my printer, wired through a USB to my pc. Eventually after a lot of complaining by me and others a new driver was sent out via another update. Yipee! It worked again. Unfortunately the next big update knocked my printer out and although I can scan I cannot print.
Epson web site says Windows 10 has automatic drivers for that printer so Epson no longer have drivers to download. Microsoft, despite my efforts, have still not resolve my problem. I'm not even sure if Windows 10 will allow the old drivers to be installed.
So my first question is:
Can anyone suggest a possible solution please?
If this is not possible my second question is:
Can anyone recommend a suitable replacement for my RX 620? It doesn't have to be an Epson product.
Thanks for reading this and for any polite replies.
