Epson SC-P400 missing paper type

I have an Epson SC-P400 printer and want to print on Epson Archival Matt paper.

This paper type does not appear anywhere in the printer options so I can't set up the correct printer settings

I'm using a Mac with OS Sierra operating system.

On line help with Epson this morning didn't solve anything and they are " investigating"

Anyone know how to get the printer profile for this paper? or maybe a print setting that will give me a good print with this paper?
