Epson Scan 2 Missing Settings

I have a WF 7715 and was using Epson Scan until it updated a while ago to Epson Scan 2. As I was only needing to scan forms I was just using the printer itself. I'm now trying to scan photos and the Photo/Document setting is missing from the programme. Anyone know of any fixes? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck.
