Epson Scan WF-2510WF Start Options old printer shows

When I removed my old BX525WD, I carefully uninstalled anything to do with Epson from the PC, restarted, cleaned registry etc. I then installed a new scanner - also Epson, WF-2510WF. Great, love Epson, but when I start the scanner, I get the option to use either the new scanner or the old one. How do I find which file is causing this to remove the reference to the old scanner?
