Epson Stylus Office BX635FWD printhead

My Epson Stylus Office BX635FWD printhead can not be cleaned using the software procedure included in service menu. Banding appears on (black) printed pages.
I am trying to find a guide how to dismantle the printhead so that I can clean it.

Any suggestions, more than valuable!

Do you use Epson OEM ink?

It's not an ink problem. Always used genuine cartridges...

Perhaps "banding" is from dirty rubber rollers that transport paper through printer.
This may not be a dirty printhead problem then. Do not use alcohol to clean rollers

Unfortunately it is a printhead problem. The printed pattern using service menu on printer, shows that black nozzles need cleaning. Problem remains after printhead cleaning (using the service menu procedure).
