Epson Stylus Pro 10600

Hi, I have an old but still working (until today!) Stylus Pro 10600. Now when I switch it on the 'Out of Paper' light comes on but the printer does not start its start up routine. I also think that as the start up hasn't started I cannot access its Web Interface as the Ethernet interface is not initialised.
Any ideas much appreciated!

Hi again, someone suggested to me that there may be dust on the paper sensor, does this sound reasonable and if so does anybody where this sensor is?
Again, any help much appreciated.
