I turned on my printer like normal, it was connected to my computer. I realized my computer needed an update so I updated it and it prompted the computer to restart. Afterwards I loaded new paper into the printer and as the printer was receiving the paper, service call error 1410 appeared “please contact the repair center” with green flashing lights for the power button, auto back and auto forward buttons, and red lights for check paper and ink symbols. I tried restarting it various times and the error kept coming up. We attempted to open the ink door and pulling out the ink cartridges upon restarting which helped bypass the error 1410. When feeding in the paper a new error code appeared, service call error 131b.
