Epson stylus pro 7880 printing not straight

Good day.
One of our Epson Stylus Pro 7880 is printing with a slope (inclination).
At the end of printing, the machine will not cut the paper, and a message will appear in two lines : the message first line is in Chinese (I think so) and I do not understand it ; the message second line sjows 10000160. At this step, all the led on the control panel is blinking and nothing can be done more.
Have some prints joined.

Please somebody help me.

Thank you for the link. But can't find MM2 for Epson Stylus 7880. Have started the machine through Pause+Start buttons and everything in there are just for view. So don't know how to reset the items.
Please assist.

Hello everything is ok. Change the CR Motor and update printer firmware.
