Epson WF-2540 leaves hickeys

This printer has all of a sudden decided to leave hickeys on the edges of paper and is worse on envelopes. I've scoured the internet for the last 3 hours using several different search engines and have found nothing that really seems to apply. Any help leading to the resolution of this problem will be extremely appreciated.
