epson wf-3640 clean print head did not resolve issue

when I do a print head cleaning I am still getting incomplete print head nozzle check for magenta. I ran the print head check multiple times and it has not fixed the issue. I just replaced the magenta ink cartridge

Have you physically flushed and/or wiped down the head during cleaning? Or just through the printer software. Sometimes you need to physically flush out the clogged color.

I haven't but I have no idea how to do that.

If you watch part 10 of our video, you'll see how to flush your printhead. They look very similar.

Thank you. I tried flushing them..it didn't help unfortunately.

Did you run multiple software head cleaning operations after to prime the ink in the lines again? That's often overlooked.

Yes. I ran it at least half a dozen times.

The clogs still there or the head is faulty now.
