A client has an Epson WF-2510 printer with the above error. No error codes. User said it started when she accidentally sent a 28-page doc to that printer isntead of the photocopier, so she pressed Cancel on the printer and it stopped working.
I've done a bit of googling and understand that this is a pretty general error that could be a number of different issues. However, the troubleshooting steps I found started with 'Open the printer and check that the print head moves automatically when you lift the cover, then...' - but the print head doesn't move so I can't follow the rest.
Is it completely FUBAR? Any troubleshooting tips gratefully appreciated!
