I have replaced the black ink cartridge twice now. I have cleaned the heads 3 times and run pattern checks. I have reseated the printer cartridge. it still will not produce black. I'm using genuine Epson printer cartridges.
PS The printer indicates that there is a full black ink cartridge in it.
