I know it's a little late BUT I did find a solution to this ERROR CODE!!!!!! It started on me on 4/28 when I was trying to print from my Android Smartphone. A page goes through the printer to print but comes out BLANK! Then the error code appears and tells you to turn off the unit then turn it back on. I did this 4 times and NOTHING happened. I called EPSON this AM and they are familiar with the problem and sending me a refurbished one free! I had the receipt....I bought it back in September of 2015 from Office Max....still under warranty! Couldn't believe it! Anyway....if you still have the printer and need help, call 562-276-4382. They are there on Saturdays from 7AM til 4 PM PST......
