I need advice about my printer Epson workforce wf-7610. I changed a black ink cartridge from original to a new third-party cartridge and a problem arose. As you see in the picture the black background is not continuous. When I was using the old original one everything was alright. If I set a different paper type the quality is also different. The worse is a plain paper type where printed lines are even thinner. The best result I get when the Epson premium glossy paper is set. This option is for printing photos on a special paper and I can see a little color hue therefore it is not suitable for ordinary text-only documents.
I'm sorry to throw away the full cartridge. Can you advice me any other solution than to buy a new original cartridge? Explain me what is wrong with my printer.
