Epson XP 245 - black only prints outline

My printer is printing well in color, but in black only makes an outline.
If I print an all filled in square it prints only a thin outline. It's perfect thin line without any failures.
It's not a ink block/cleaning problem and it happens even with a new cartridge.
Any ideas to solve this?
