Epson XP-342 Printer Problems

I have an Epsom XP-342 printer and try to print photos onto Epson A4 Premium Glossy Paper (usually from Microsoft Word), but it doesn't come out the best quality. Have set the Paper Type on the printer and selected the Paper Type on the Word setting as Photo Glossy.

But the bigger problem is that I can't find any colour management settings at all on my Mac, or on the Epson Preferences options.

Any advice would be hugely appreciated.
