I'm using genuine Epson ink and new cartridges, but as soon as I turn the printer on, it shows as not being able to recognize the two different black cartridges.. I have already:
a. ) replaced cartridges with new ones
b.) turned printer on and off
c.) cleaned the contacts with alcohol
d.) unplugged the printer for more than 10 minutes.
Nothing is working.
Any suggestions
