I have just bought an Ecotank et-15000 printer and am having trouble with double sided printing on a5. The printer tells me that 2 or more settings cannot be used at the same time, but I cannot see what settings are causing the conflict. I'm sure it is limited to that Word document because I can print other a5 Word documents with no problems. Any advice appreciated.
